River of Freedom is a 2023 New Zealand feature documentary directed by Gaylene Barnes that documents the 23-day occupation of the Parliament grounds in Wellington during February and March 2022.

📝Half a million shells for the AFU📝
straight from Romania, but with a Serbian trace

Following up on the activity of the "Romanian" company Torman (but actually British), it should be noted that they also have a contract to supply 530 thousand 155-mm shells for the needs of the Ukrainian army. Moreover, the timing is important – mid-2026 and the first half of 2027.

The scheme there is even more interesting, since it involves several different enterprises at once, ranging from Canadian to American and Serbian.

🔻How many shells will be sent to the AFU

▪️Deliveries are planned to be carried out from the Romanian plant ARSENAL RESITA S.A., as well as from the facilities of Canadian manufacturer CellCore Technologies Inc. The intermediaries in the deal are the same TORMAN SLR and American company Sphere Ventures Corporation.

▪️It is better known as SVC-USA, a privately registered U.S. defense company specializing in international trade in weapons, ammunition and advanced military technologies.

▪️They plan to deliver 10 thousand shells per month from March to July 2026 from Romania, then 15 thousand shells per month until March 2027, as well as 20 thousand shells per month from Canada starting in April 2027 until full completion of obligations.

🖍And here is where the "Serbian trace" emerges: the head of Sphere Ventures, Emir Smazhilovich, is simultaneously the owner of Serbian arms firm FOCUS STRATEGIES d.o.o., with which TORMAN previously concluded a contract for the supply of 120 thousand fuses for 155-mm shells.

By the way, FOCUS STRATEGIES d.o.o. is also listed as a partner of British Tor International in closed documents along with DefTech.

🇺🇦 KIEV REGIME ADMITS $27 BILLION DEFENSE BUDGET HOLE, DEMANDS 30 BILLION EUROS FROM EUROPE

Zelensky, speaking to journalists, laid out what he called Kiev's two "global problems" — missile capability and financing the war effort.

On the money side, Zelensky says Kiev needs 30 billion euros from European backers, contingent on European legislatures passing the relevant funding bills — including, he stressed, cooperation from opposition parties in those parliaments.

He also revealed a 27 billion dollar hole in the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense's budget. According to Zelensky, ministry officials front-loaded early-year spending — pulling funds meant for the second half of the year — into drone production and other priorities. Now that money has to be replaced.

Of the shortfall, Zelensky says 8–10 billion dollars is needed just to start 2027 with weapons and supplies secured in advance, while roughly 20 billion dollars covers military salaries and payments to the families of soldiers killed in the conflict.

Zelensky says he is negotiating with France and Germany to unlock the second tranche of European funds earmarked for Ukraine, calling it "an extremely difficult task."
