The three-day ceasefire on #Kiev is expected to end in just over 12 hours, and #Russia will likely launch one of its largest attacks immediately after...

For example, in response to the Ukrainian drone strike on residential buildings in #Perm.

Perm[a], originally known as Yagoshikha (Ягошиха; 1723–1781) and briefly as Molotov (Молотов; 1940–1957), is the administrative centre of Perm Krai in the European part of Russia. It sits on the banks of the Kama River near the Ural Mountains, covering an area of 799.68 square kilometres (308.76 square miles). With over one million residents Perm is the 15th-largest city in Russia and the 5th-largest in the Volga Federal District.

#Ukraine

Earlier this morning Ukrainian long-range drones struck #LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez (#PNOS), a major Russian oil refinery and petrochemical complex in #PermKrai, more than 1,500 km from #Ukraine’s border.

Russia's #Perm #oil #refinery is one of the country's largest and one of six refineries that together produce about half of #Russia's #diesel, with the refinery now on fire.

This comes as the #US, the world’s largest diesel exporter, is preparing a 90-day export ban that Trump is inclined to announce by the end of the week. Russia, the second largest, already halted theirs.
