Earlier this morning Ukrainian long-range drones struck #LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez (#PNOS), a major Russian oil refinery and petrochemical complex in #PermKrai, more than 1,500 km from #Ukraine’s border.
Russia's #Perm #oil #refinery is one of the country's largest and one of six refineries that together produce about half of #Russia's #diesel, with the refinery now on fire.
This comes as the #US, the world’s largest diesel exporter, is preparing a 90-day export ban that Trump is inclined to announce by the end of the week. Russia, the second largest, already halted theirs.
