با گذشت چهار ماه از بازداشت یاسر احمدی‌نژاد، فعال سیاسی و وکیل دادگستری اهل شهرستان بهمئی در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، او همچنان در زندان یاسوج در حبس به سر می‌برد.

یاسر احمدی‌نژاد ۴۱ ساله، وکیل دادگستری و از کارگران شرکت ملی حفاری نفت خوزستان معرفی شده است که در کنار فعالیت‌های حقوقی، به‌عنوان یک فعال صنفی و مطالبه‌گر حقوق کارگران نیز شناخته می‌شود. او در سال‌های گذشته در پرونده‌ها و کارزارهای مرتبط با حقوق بیش از ۳۰ هزار نفر از کارگران نقش داشته و به‌عنوان نماینده مستقل کارگران در برخی مطالبات صنفی مطرح بوده است.

بر اساس گزارش‌ها، او پس از وقایع دی‌ماه و حدود یک ماه تعقیب و گریز، در تاریخ ۱۶ بهمن در منزل یکی از بستگان خود در شهر لیکک توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. پس از بازداشت، برای او حکم ۴۲ ماه زندان صادر شده و اکنون برای گذراندن دوران محکومیت در زندان یاسوج نگهداری می‌شود.

این فعال سیاسی پیش‌تر نیز در سال ۱۳۸۸ و ۱۳۹۸ بازداشت شده و در سال ۱۴۰۱ نیز به مدت چند ماه در زندان اهواز دوران حبس خود را سپری کرده بود. به گفته نزدیکانش، او همواره به‌عنوان فردی مطالبه‌گر در حوزه حقوق کارگران و مسائل صنفی شناخته شده است.

همچنین گزارش شده است که یاسر احمدی نژاد در مسیر فعالیتهای خود با محدودیت هایی از جمله منع از ادامه فعالیت حرفه ای وکالت نیز مواجه شده است.

Four months after his arrest, Yaser Ahmadinejad, a political activist and lawyer from Bahmai County in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, remains imprisoned in Yasuj Prison.

Yaser Ahmadinejad, 41, is a lawyer and an employee of the National Iranian Drilling Company in Khuzestan. In addition to his legal work, he has long been involved in labor rights advocacy and trade union activities. Over the years, he has played a role in legal cases and campaigns concerning the rights of more than 30,000 workers and has served as an independent representative of workers in various labor-related demands.

According to reports, following the January 2026 protests and after approximately one month in hiding, Ahmadinejad was arrested by security forces on February 5, 2026, at a relative’s home in the city of Likak. He was subsequently sentenced to 42 months in prison and is currently being held in Yasuj Prison to serve his sentence.

Ahmadinejad had previously been arrested in 2009 and 2019 and also spent several months in Ahvaz Prison in 2022. According to those close to him, he has consistently been known for advocating for workers’ rights and raising labor-related concerns.

Reports also indicate that, in addition to imprisonment, Ahmadinejad has faced restrictions related to his professional activities, including being barred from continuing his work as a lawyer.

طیبه نظری مکی‌آبادی، مادر مریم آروین، وکیل دادگستری جان‌باخته اهل سیرجان در سال ۱۴۰۱، از سوی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به چهار سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.

بر اساس دادنامه‌ای که به دست مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر رسیده است، دادگاه وی را بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور به چهار سال حبس و بابت اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم کرده است. مطابق ماده ۱۳۴ قانون مجازات اسلامی، تنها مجازات اشد، یعنی چهار سال حبس، قابل اجرا خواهد بود.

در رأی دادگاه، فعالیت در فضای مجازی در حمایت از جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» و حضور در تجمعات اعتراضی ۲۱ آذر ۱۴۰۴، مراسم هفتم خسرو علیکردی، در مشهد از مصادیق اتهامات انتسابی به این شهروند عنوان شده است.

Tayebeh Nazari Makiabadi, the mother of Maryam Arvin, a lawyer from Sirjan who died in 2023 under suspicious circumstances, has been sentenced to four years in prison by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court in Mashhad.

According to a copy of the verdict obtained by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center (IHRDC), Nazari was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment on charges of assembly and collusion against national security and one year for disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic. Under Article 134 of Iran’s Islamic Penal Code, only the harsher sentence—four years in prison—will be enforceable.

The court cited her social media activities in support of the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement, as well as her participation in the December 12, 2025 protest gathering in Mashhad marking the seventh-day memorial ceremony of Khosrow Alikordi, as evidence supporting the charges against her.

Nazari is the mother of Maryam Arvin, a lawyer from Sirjan who was arrested during the nationwide protests of 2022 and died under suspicious circumstances in February 2023, shortly after her release from detention. The verdict may be appealed within 20 days of notification.

Pejman Zare, a Baha'i resident of Shiraz and the father of an 11-month-old infant, remains in legal limbo at Adelabad Prison more than three months after his arrest. He was detained by Intelligence Ministry agents on March 14, 2026, and transferred to Adelabad Prison after being held for 58 days in a security detention center.

Throughout his 13 weeks of detention, Mr. Zare has been denied access to an independent lawyer of his choice, with authorities restricting him to counsel from the Judiciary’s pre-approved list. Despite his family securing bail, judicial and security officials have ignored all requests for his temporary release, and the exact charges against him remain unknown. While his case is being processed by Branch 14 of the Shiraz Revolutionary Court's interrogation unit, his relatives have recently been barred from following up on his case at the court.

Mr. Zare has faced severe restrictions on family contact, having been granted only one brief phone call on March 21, 2026, to hear his infant child's voice, and a single in-person visit in recent days. Sources close to the family emphasize that his arrest is solely due to his religious beliefs and his membership in the Baha'i community. For decades, Baha'i citizens in Iran have systematically faced widespread discrimination, severe restrictions, and arbitrary arrests for practicing their faith.

پژمان زارع، شهروند بهایی ساکن شیراز و پدر یک نوزاد ۱۱ ماهه، با گذشت بیش از سه ماه از زمان بازداشت، همچنان در وضعیت بلاتکلیف در زندان عادل‌آباد به سر می‌برد. او در تاریخ ۲۴ اسفند ۱۴۰۴ توسط نیروهای اداره اطلاعات شیراز بازداشت و پس از ۵۸ روز به این زندان منتقل شد.

آقای زارع در طول این ۱۳ هفته از حق دسترسی به وکیل انتخابی محروم بوده و تنها مجاز به انتخاب وکیل از میان فهرست مورد تأیید قوه قضاییه شده است. با وجود تأمین وثیقه از سوی خانواده، مقامات قضایی و امنیتی به درخواست‌ها برای آزادی موقت او پاسخی نداده‌اند و جزئیات دقیق اتهامات همچنان نامشخص است. پرونده او در شعبه ۱۴ دادسرای انقلاب شیراز در جریان است، اما در روزهای اخیر از پیگیری نزدیکان او در این شعبه نیز جلوگیری شده است.

این شهروند در تمام این مدت تنها یک تماس تلفنی بسیار کوتاه در روز اول فروردین ۱۴۰۵ و یک ملاقات حضوری در روزهای اخیر داشته است. منابع نزدیک به خانواده تأکید دارند که بازداشت وی صرفاً به دلیل باورهای دینی و تعلق او به جامعه بهایی صورت گرفته است؛ جامعه‌ای که طی دهه‌های گذشته همواره با محدودیت‌ها، تبعیض‌ها و بازداشت‌های گسترده مواجه بوده است.

Fatemeh Sepehri, a political prisoner held in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad, has begun a hunger and medication strike in protest of what she describes as violations of her legal rights and human dignity.

On June 18, 2026, former political prisoner Pouran Nazemi published an audio recording on her X account containing a phone call with Sepehri from prison. In her accompanying statement, Nazemi warned about Sepehri’s situation and called on judicial and security authorities to immediately address her legal demands.

According to Nazemi, Sepehri resorted to the strike after prison authorities failed to respond to her lawful requests and subjected her to treatment that she considers a violation of her rights. Nazemi also warned that if Sepehri’s demands remain unaddressed by Saturday, her supporters across Iran will take action in solidarity with her.

Sepehri has previously protested her conditions of detention, restrictions imposed on her in prison, and inadequate access to medical care. In recent weeks, members of her family have raised concerns about her deteriorating health and difficulties related to her medical treatment and access to necessary medication. Her decision to stop both eating and taking medication has heightened concerns for her well-being, particularly given her history of heart disease and open-heart surgery.

فاطمه سپهری پیش‌تر نیز بارها نسبت به شرایط نگهداری خود، محدودیت‌های اعمال‌شده در زندان و محرومیت از دسترسی مناسب به خدمات درمانی اعتراض کرده بود. خانواده او در هفته‌های اخیر نسبت به وخامت وضعیت جسمانی این زندانی سیاسی و مشکلات مربوط به روند درمان و تأمین داروهای مورد نیازش هشدار داده‌اند. آغاز اعتصاب غذا و دارو از سوی فاطمه سپهری، در حالی که او سابقه بیماری قلبی و جراحی قلب باز دارد، نگرانی‌ها درباره سلامت و وضعیت جسمانی وی را بیش از پیش افزایش داده است.

حیدر چاه‌چمندی، از بازداشت‌شدگان مراسم هفتم خسرو علیکردی، وکیل دادگستری، به اتهام‌های «تبلیغ علیه نظام» و «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت ملی» مجموعاً به چهار سال و ۹ ماه حبس محکوم شد.

چاه‌چمندی که در مراسم هفتم خسرو علیکردی در مشهد حضور داشت ، پس از شاهنامه‌خوانی در این مراسم مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت و بازداشت شد. بر اساس حکم صادره، وی بابت اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام به ۹ ماه حبس و بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت ملی به چهار سال حبس محکوم شده است.

با توجه به اجرای مجازات اشد، حکم چهار سال حبس قابل اجرا خواهد بود. همچنین به وی ابلاغ شده است که ظرف ۱۰ روز آینده خود را برای اجرای حکم به مراجع مربوطه معرفی کند.

خسرو علیکردی، وکیل دادگستری و فعال حقوقی، در سال گذشته درگذشت و مراسم هفتم وی با حضور جمعی از شهروندان، فعالان مدنی و چهره‌های شناخته‌شده برگزار شده بود.

Javad Alikordi, an attorney and the brother of late lawyer Khosrow Alikordi, has been sentenced by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court in Mashhad to 18 years' imprisonment, permanent disbarment, internal exile, and additional restrictions.

According to the verdict, Alikordi received five years' imprisonment on charges of assembly and collusion to act against national security and 13 years for propaganda activities contrary to national security under Article 4 of the Law on Intensifying Punishment for Espionage.

The sentence also includes permanent disbarment, a ,two-year travel ban, and two years of internal exile in the city of Saravan, in Sistan and Baluchistan Province.

Alikordi was arrested on the evening of December 12, 2025, after publishing a video in which he criticized the authorities’ treatment of those attending the seventh-day memorial ceremony for his brother and questioned the government’s official account of Khosrow Alikordi’s death. He also stated that he possessed confidential documents related to the case.

Khosrow Alikordi, a prominent lawyer who represented families seeking justice and Javad Alikordi’s brother, died under suspicious circumstances at his office on December 5, 2025. Authorities attributed his death to cardiac arrest, but his family rejected the official narrative and called for transparency, citing signs including unusual bleeding.

As of the time of writing, no information has been made public regarding the outcome of any appeal in the case.

بر اساس حکم صادره، جواد علیکردی از بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی برای اقدام علیه امنیت ملی» به پنج سال حبس و از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی برخلاف امنیت ملی» موضوع ماده ۴ قانون تشدید مجازات جاسوسی به ۱۳ سال حبس محکوم شده است.

این حکم همچنین شامل انفصال دائم از حرفه وکالت، دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور و دو سال تبعید به شهر سراوان در استان سیستان و بلوچستان است.

جواد علیکردی در شامگاه ۲۱ آذر ۱۴۰۴ و پس از انتشار ویدیویی اعتراضی، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت گردید. او در این ویدیو نسبت به برخورد امنیتی با شرکت‌کنندگان در مراسم هفتم برادرش اعتراض کرده و روایت رسمی حکومت درباره مرگ خسرو علیکردی را مورد تردید قرار داده بود. وی همچنین اعلام کرده بود که اسنادی محرمانه درباره این پرونده در اختیار دارد.

خسرو علیکردی، وکیل شناخته‌شده خانواده‌های دادخواه و برادر جواد علیکردی، ۱۴ آذر ۱۴۰۴ در دفتر کار خود به طور مشکوکی جان باخت. مقام‌های حکومتی علت مرگ او را «ایست قلبی» اعلام کردند، اما خانواده‌اش با رد این روایت و اشاره به نشانه‌هایی از جمله خونریزی غیرعادی، خواستار روشن‌شدن ابعاد این مرگ شدند.

مهدی کریمی، شهروند کُرد اهل ملکشاهی در استان ایلام، پس از بازداشت توسط نیروهای امنیتی، در حالی در یک ویدیوی منتشرشده از سوی رسانه‌های حکومتی ظاهر شده که بنا بر گزارش‌ها همچنان از حق دسترسی به وکیل، تماس با خانواده و ملاقات محروم است و اطلاعی از محل نگهداری او در دست نیست.

بر اساس گزارش وب‌سایت کُردپا، نیروهای امنیتی روز ۲۸ خرداد ۱۴۰۵ بدون ارائه حکم قضایی و با خشونت مهدی کریمی را بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل کردند. یک منبع آگاه به این رسانه گفته است فردی که چهره‌اش در ویدیوی منتشرشده از سوی رسانه‌های حکومتی محو شده، مهدی کریمی است.

دو روز پس از بازداشت، خبرگزاری میزان و صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ویدیویی از اعترافات اجباری او را در چارچوب گزارش بازداشت «سه لیدر میدانی و ۱۴ مزدور آمریکا–اسرائیل» منتشر کردند. وزارت اطلاعات نیز در بیانیه‌ای از بازداشت فردی با حروف اختصاری «مهدی-ک» در ارتباط با اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ خبر داده است.

The broadcasting of televised forced confessions by detainees who are denied access to lawyers and communication with their families has become an increasingly common practice in the aftermath of the January 2026 nationwide protests. The Independent Iranian Filmmakers Association (IIFMA) has voiced serious concern over the case of Ali Safari, a 23-year-old theater actor and student at the University of Applied Science and Technology Art & Culture (Unit 46), warning that he may be at risk of execution.

According to a statement issued by the association, Safari was arrested in Karaj, Alborz Province, during the nationwide protests on January 8, 2026. IIFMA said that he was formally charged with "moharebeh" (waging war against God) on January 29, 2026. The organization noted that little information has been made public regarding the legal proceedings against him or his current condition.

Citing figures published by “Dadgostar Initiative,” the database of the Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRAI), the association stated that “at least 40 people were executed by the Islamic Republic between March 19 and June 3, 2026, following proceedings that failed to meet fair trial standards.”

IIFMA also said that it had prepared a more detailed account of Ali Safari’s case and distributed it as an urgent appeal to news outlets, film institutions, and international organizations, calling on them to increase pressure on Iranian authorities and the judiciary to help save the lives of Safari and other imprisoned artists.

The association called for broader public awareness of Safari’s situation, saying that increased international attention could play an important role in protecting his life.

کانون فیلمسازان مستقل ایران با انتشار بیانیه‌ای نسبت به وضعیت علی صفری، بازیگر ۲۳ ساله تئاتر و دانشجوی دانشگاه علمی کاربردی فرهنگ و هنر (واحد ۴۶ تهران)، ابراز نگرانی کرده و نسبت به خطر صدور و اجرای حکم اعدام برای او هشدار داده است.

این نهاد صنفی و مستقل اعلام کرده است که علی صفری در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۸ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ در کرج بازداشت شده و به گفته این کانون، در تاریخ ۹ بهمن همان سال، اتهام «محاربه» به طور رسمی به وی تفهیم شده است. بر اساس این بیانیه، تاکنون جزئیات روشنی درباره روند رسیدگی قضایی و وضعیت کنونی این بازیگر جوان منتشر نشده است.

کانون فیلمسازان مستقل ایران با استناد به آمار منتشرشده از سوی «ابتکار دادگستر»، بانک اطلاعاتی مجموعه فعالان حقوق بشر در ایران، یادآور شده است که «تنها در فاصله ۲۸ اسفند ۱۴۰۴ تا ۱۳ خرداد ۱۴۰۵ دست‌کم ۴۰ نفر پس از دادرسی‌هایی فاقد معیارهای دادرسی عادلانه توسط جمهوری اسلامی اعدام شده‌اند.»

در این بیانیه همچنین آمده است که کانون فیلمسازان مستقل ایران در ادامه تلاش‌های خود برای اطلاع‌رسانی درباره وضعیت هنرمندان بازداشت‌شده، متن مفصل‌تری درباره پرونده علی صفری را در قالب یک «هشدار فوری» برای رسانه‌ها، مراکز سینمایی و نهادهای بین‌المللی ارسال کرده و از آنها خواسته است برای نجات جان علی صفری و دیگر هنرمندان زندانی، فشارهای بین‌المللی بر جمهوری اسلامی و دستگاه قضایی آن را افزایش دهند.

این نهاد در پایان از فعالان و رسانه‌ها خواسته است با گسترش اطلاع‌رسانی درباره وضعیت علی صفری، در جلوگیری از به خطر افتادن جان او نقش ایفا کنند.
