The ground war in Ukraine has run its course, a new phase is beginning. Even diehard supporters of Ukraine in the western media and think tanks are admitting that a military victory over Russia is impossible and a vacation of the territory under Russian control is way beyond Kiev’s capability.

Hence the ingenuity of the Biden Administration to explore Plan B counselling Kiev to be realistic about loss of territory and pragmatically seek dialogue with Moscow. This was the bitter message that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken transmitted to Kiev recently in person.

The Internet is abuzz with discussions about the transfer of 12 air and missile defense systems to the Middle East, as part of the reinforcement of the American group.

▪️ One battery of THAAD missile defense systems will be sent to Saudi Arabia, likely to the Al-Kharj and King Abdul Aziz bases, where American aviation is stationed.

▪️ MIM-104 Patriot systems will be transported to Kuwait, Jordan, UAE, Qatar, Iraq, Syria, and Saudi Arabia. Similar to THAAD, they will be stationed at American military facilities.

🔻Distributing air defense and missile defense systems across different countries serves a practical purpose: when looking at the map, it becomes apparent that this covers a wide area of potentially dangerous activity by Iranian proxies and Iran itself.

Using the protection against pro-Iranian forces as a convenient pretext, the US justifies increasing its military presence in the region and the resulting increase in military spending to safeguard the American military contingent in the Middle East.

Strikes by two or three UAVs on US military bases do not significantly impact the situation. However, they do enable the Americans to justify the substantial costs of maintaining large forces in the region and keeping a sizable group prepared in case the situation worsens.

Two large Orion geosynchronous signals intelligence satellites, belonging to the US and operated from Pine Gap, are located 36,000 kms above the equator over the Indian Ocean. From there, they look down on the Middle East, Europe and Africa, and gather huge amounts of intelligence data to beam back to the Pine Gap base.

"In January 2018, #PropOrNot would be exposed for their connections to The Atlantic Council, a think tank with connections to the western Military-Industrial Complex. Coincidentally, in May 2018, Facebook announced a partnership with the Atlantic Council, which officially claims to provide a forum for international political, business, and intellectual leaders.

The social media giant said the partnership was aimed at preventing Facebook from “being abused during elections.”

The press release promoted Facebook’s efforts to fight fake news by using artificial intelligence, as well as working with outside experts and governments…

The Atlantic Council receives funding from the Brookings Institution, Carnegie Endowment, Cato Institute, Council on Foreign Relations, and the Rand Corporation, to name a few. In addition, various members of the Military-Industrial Complex are benefactors of the Atlantic Council, including Huntington Ingalls, the United States’ sole maker of aircraft carriers; Airbus, the plane manufacturer; Lockheed Martin, the shipbuilder and aviation company; and Raytheon, which makes missile systems.

All of the companies have contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense and offer financial support to the Atlantic Council. The Council also receives support from Chevron and the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

Finally, the Atlantic Council receives direct financial support from the U.S. Departments of the Air Force, Army, Navy and Energy and from the U.S. Mission to NATO.

By October 2018 – only five months after the Atlantic Council partnership with Facebook – the social media giant announced they were unpublishing, or purging, over 500 pages and 200 accounts who are accused of spreading political spam. Several of these pages and writers were also removed from Twitter on the same day."

US spies have widespread access to Britain’s bases on Cyprus and share information ‘daily’ with their Israeli counterparts, leaked top secret documents show.

The British so-called Sovereign Base Areas (#SBA) on Cyprus, which comprise 3% of the island’s landmass, sit just 200 miles from #Gaza. The bases are said to be the largest British #intelligence facilities outside of the #UK, although they have never been officially acknowledged.

“Cyprus hosts a wide range of UK and US intelligence facilities”, notes a top secret document from #GCHQ, Britain’s largest spy agency. The document adds: “#Cyprus collection facilities are acknowledged by #NSA as important assets”.

The main US spy agency working on the British territory in Cyprus is the National Security Agency (NSA).

That is to say that the 100 or more Shahed-136 drones were completely shot down by the USA (itself, its puppet countries England and Jordan and its 51st Israeli state).

The ballistic missiles used by Iran are, for the first time, multiple warhead delivery systems. We see the system launching its warheads above the target. Hence the interest in intercepting the missile before this step.

kyiv should make a claim, as well as the owners of Russian oil refineries, when most of the few kamikaze drones (including civil aircraft transformed into drones) calmly reach their targets more than a thousand km behind them. Of course, this one-off action where disproportionate defensive means are available as in exercise is incomparable with a long war of attrition, but still!

Hundreds of millions of dollars were burned by Iran and Israel (and its sponsors) in a matter of minutes. We hope the public enjoyed the unnecessary fireworks. Serious military personnel may be frustrated by the stupid use of their resources, and poor citizens may also recognize that the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on this spectacle were worth starving to death.

Traditionally, if Washington demands that Israel crash, the West will inflate the number of projectiles shot down and minimize their losses, when the Iranians claim an exaggerated number of damages.

Iran showed in advance that it was satisfied whatever the outcome. The US has made it clear that it would be good if Israel did not respond. If Israel strikes Iran, then Israel will be responsible for what happens next.
