The Committee for Tracking the Situation of Detainees has reported that Diana Taherabadi, a 16-year-old student arrested on January 25, 2026, remains in detention more than four months after her arrest. According to the report, security forces detained her at her family home and she has since been held at Kachouii Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center.

Sources close to her family say that she was forced to confess under torture. Despite this, Diana Taherabadi has rejected the allegations against her in court.

The report also states that judicial authorities have decided to transfer her case to Tehran for further proceedings. According to the information published, the decision was made because of the serious nature of the charges filed against the teenager.

Earlier reports had indicated that she would be referred to the Legal Medicine Organization for psychological evaluations and further assessment of her mental health condition. Despite these developments, Diana Taherabadi remains in custody and is only permitted to meet with members of her family.

Her continued detention comes despite earlier statements by the spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Education, who said in February 2026 that all students detained in connection with the January protests had been released within the first days following their arrests.

بنا بر گزارش‌های دریافتی، مهدی ساعدی و مهدی بازوبندی، دو تن از بازداشت‌شدگان جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» در سال ۱۴۰۱، همچنان در وضعیت بلاتکلیف در زندان وکیل‌آباد مشهد نگهداری می‌شوند.

این دو نفر پیش‌تر در جریان اعتراضات سراسری سال ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت و پس از تحمل حدود یک سال حبس از زندان آزاد شده بودند. با این حال، در پی موج بازداشت‌های مرتبط با اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، بار دیگر توسط نهادهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند.

زهرا شهباز طبری، زندانی سیاسی ۶۸ ساله محبوس در زندان لاکان رشت، بار دیگر از سوی شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب رشت به اعدام محکوم شد. این حکم پس از آن صادر شده است که دیوان عالی کشور حکم اعدام پیشین او را نقض و پرونده را برای رسیدگی مجدد به دادگاه هم‌عرض ارجاع داده بود.

بر اساس گزارش کمیته آزادی زندانیان سیاسی، شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب رشت به ریاست محمدعلی درویش‌گفتار، خانم شهباز طبری را با اتهام «بغی» از طریق عضویت و فعالیت در سازمان مجاهدین خلق ایران به اعدام محکوم کرده است. حکم جدید در ۲۵ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ صادر شده و به‌تازگی به وی ابلاغ شده است.

به گزارش هرانا، زهرا شهباز طبری پیش‌تر در نامه‌ای از زندان، روند رسیدگی به پرونده خود را مغایر با اصول دادرسی عادلانه توصیف کرده و از برگزاری کوتاه جلسه دادگاه به‌صورت ویدئوکنفرانس، محرومیت از دسترسی مؤثر به وکیل منتخب و محدودیت در امکان دفاع از خود انتقاد کرده بود.

Zahra Shahbaz Tabari, a 68-year-old political prisoner held in Lakan Prison in Rasht, has once again been sentenced to death by Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht. The ruling comes after Islamic Republic’s Supreme Court overturned her previous death sentence and referred the case to a parallel court for retrial.

According to the Committee for the Freedom of Political Prisoners, Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court of Rasht, presided over by Mohammad Ali Darvish-Goftar, sentenced Ms. Shahbaz Tabari to death on the charge of armed rebellion against the state (baghy) based on alleged membership in and activities related to the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (MEK). The new verdict was issued on April 14, 2026, and has recently been formally communicated to her.

Mehrdad Mohammadinia and Ashkan Maleki, who were arrested during the January 2026 protests in Tehran, were executed in the early hours of June 1, 2026. News of their executions was first reported by Mizan News Agency, the judiciary's official media outlet.

بهاره سلطانی، شهروند ایرانی ساکن اقلیم کردستان عراق و فعال شبکه‌های اجتماعی، پس از بازگشت به ایران که یک منبع مطلع آن را «تحت فشار و در پی تهدید خانواده» توصیف کرده، بازداشت و به زندان مرکزی ارومیه منتقل شده است. این منبع به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران گفته است که خانم سلطانی پیش از بازگشت، به نزدیکان خود اطلاع داده بود که از سوی نهادهای اطلاعاتی تهدید شده و به دلیل فشار بر خانواده، وضعیت جسمی، نیاز درمانی و نگرانی درباره فرزندش ناچار به بازگشت به ایران شده است. او همچنین پیش از ورود به ایران ویدیویی ضبط کرده و گفته بود در صورت بی‌خبری از او پس از بازگشت به ایران، موضوع رسانه‌ای شود.

به گفته این منبع، بازداشت بهاره سلطانی در دوره قطع اینترنت و اختلال گسترده در ارتباطات در ایران صورت گرفته است. به دلیل قطع اینترنت و محدودیت شدید ارتباطات بین‌المللی، امکان اطلاع‌رسانی و پیگیری فوری پرونده او فراهم نبوده است. طی روزهای گذشته ویدیویی از خانم سلطانی منتشر شده که تاریخ آن مربوط به ۵ فوریه ۲۰۲۶ است و او در آن درباره تصمیم خود برای بازگشت به ایران سخن می‌گوید. منبع مطلع می‌گوید فعالیت‌های او در اینستاگرام، مواضع سیاسی‌اش و همچنین موضوع منتسب به استفاده از استارلینک از محورهای پرونده و بازجویی او بوده است.

بنا بر اطلاعات دریافتی، بهاره سلطانی در زندان مرکزی ارومیه نگهداری می‌شود و وضعیت جسمی او وخیم گزارش شده است. او به دیابت وابسته به انسولین و مشکلات جدی جسمی مبتلاست و به گفته منبع، به درمان فوری و دسترسی منظم به دارو نیاز دارد. این منبع همچنین گفته است که خانم سلطانی در زندان دست به اعتصاب غذا و امتناع از تزریق انسولین زده و پس از آن به انفرادی منتقل شده است. بنا بر همین روایت، او در بازداشت با بدرفتاری و شکنجه مواجه شده و از حق تماس تلفنی و ملاقات مؤثر نیز محروم است.

Bahareh Soltani, an Iranian citizen residing in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and a social media user and activist, has reportedly been arrested and transferred to Urmia Central Prison after returning to Iran. According to an informed source, her return was made under pressure and following threats against her family. Based on information received, Bahareh Soltani is currently being held in Urmia Central Prison, where her physical condition has reportedly deteriorated significantly. She suffers from insulin-dependent diabetes and other serious health conditions and, according to the source, requires urgent medical care and regular access to medication. The source further stated that Soltani began a hunger strike and refused insulin injections while in prison, after which she was transferred to solitary confinement. According to the same account, she has been subjected to ill-treatment and torture during detention and has been denied regular contact with her family, including telephone calls and visits.

The informed source also identified Naser Atabati, the Head of the West Azarbaijan Province Ministry of Justice Office, as a judicial official allegedly involved in exerting additional pressure in Soltani’s case. بابک مرادی‌فرد، حقوقدان و فعال سیاسی ملی‌گرا، که با اتهاماتی از جمله اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت داخلی و خارجی کشور و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی مواجه است، پس از حدود دو ماه بازداشت، با قرار تأمین وثیقه به‌صورت موقت آزاد شد.

این فعال سیاسی بامداد ۱۹ دی‌ماه، پس از سه هفته زندگی مخفیانه، در پی شرکت و نقش مؤثر در مراسم هفتم زنده‌یاد خسرو علیکردی در مشهد، توسط نیروهای امنیتی و به دستور دادستانی مشهد بازداشت شده بود.

بر اساس گزارش‌های دریافتی، مرادی‌فرد در دوران بازداشت با مشکلات جسمی جدی از جمله آسیب شدید تاندون مچ پای راست و عفونت گسترده در ریه و سایر بخش‌های بدن مواجه بوده است. در پی وخامت وضعیت جسمانی وی و با درخواست بهداری زندان تهران بزرگ، او برای دریافت خدمات درمانی به بیمارستان قمر بنی‌هاشم منتقل شد.

در نهایت، شعبه دوم بازپرسی دادسرای ۳۳ شهید مقدسی تهران در تاریخ ۸ اسفندماه، با صدور قرار تأمین وثیقه ملکی به ارزش ۴۰ میلیارد ریال، با آزادی موقت این زندانی سیاسی تا پایان روند دادرسی موافقت کرد.

به گفته منابع مطلع، بابک مرادی‌فرد پس از آزادی مستقیماً در بیمارستان امام شهریار بستری شده و به دلیل شرایط جسمی و روحی ناشی از دوران بازداشت، تحت مراقبت‌های پزشکی قرار گرفته است. روند درمان و مراقبت‌های تخصصی وی همچنان زیر نظر پزشکان معالج ادامه دارد.

Babak Moradifard, a legal scholar and nationalist political activist facing charges including assembly and collusion against the internal and external security of the country and disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic, has been temporarily released on bail after approximately two months in detention.

Moradifard was arrested in the early hours of January 9, 2026, by security forces acting on the orders of the Mashhad Prosecutor’s Office. His arrest came after three weeks in hiding following his participation and prominent role in a memorial ceremony marking the seventh day after the death of the late Khosrow Alikordi in Mashhad.

According to information received, Moradifard experienced serious health complications during his detention, including a severe injury to the tendon in his right ankle and widespread infections affecting his lungs and other parts of his body. Following a deterioration in his condition and at the request of medical staff at Greater Tehran Penitentiary, he was transferred to Qamar Bani Hashem Hospital for treatment.

On February 27, 2026, Branch 2 of the Investigation Unit of the Shahid Moghaddasi Prosecutor’s Office (District 33) in Tehran approved his temporary release pending the conclusion of judicial proceedings after setting bail at 40 billion rials (approximately USD 24,000), secured through a property deed.

According to informed sources, following his release, Moradifard was admitted directly to Imam Hospital in Shahriar, Tehran Province, where he has been receiving medical care for the physical and psychological effects of his detention. His treatment and specialized medical care remain ongoing under the supervision of his physicians.

Jafar Panahi, the prominent Iranian filmmaker and former political prisoner, has had an earlier in absentia conviction upheld after his request for a retrial was rejected by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. Under the ruling, he has been sentenced to one year in prison. The court also imposed additional restrictions, including a two-year travel ban and a prohibition on membership in political and social groups.

According to Emtedad, citing Panahi’s lawyer, Mostafa Nili, Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari, upheld the original verdict without modification.

According to information published about the case, the evidence cited in support of the charge of disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic included support for several prisoners convicted of political and national security offenses, expressions of support for nationwide protests and the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement, the signing and publication of a statement regarding a truck drivers’ strike, the sharing of content opposing the issuance and implementation of death sentences, and activities related to filmmaking.

Over the years, Panahi has repeatedly faced prosecution and various restrictions in connection with his artistic work and public expression. The confirmation of this sentence marks the latest legal action against him in a pattern of measures that has affected both his professional career and public activities for many years.

According to his lawyer, the ruling can be appealed before the Tehran Province Court of Appeals within 20 days of notification.

جعفر پناهی، فیلمساز شناخته‌شده ایرانی و زندانی سیاسی پیشین، پس از رد درخواست واخواهی خود در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، با تأیید حکم غیابی پیشین مواجه شده است. بر اساس این رأی، او به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است. دادگاه افزون بر محکومیت به حبس، محدودیت‌های دیگری را نیز برای این فیلمساز در نظر گرفته که شامل ممنوعیت سفر به خارج از کشور و محرومیت از عضویت در تشکل‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی می‌شود.

وب‌سایت امتداد به نقل از مصطفی نیلی، وکیل جعفر پناهی، گزارش داده است که شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی تهران به ریاست قاضی ایمان افشاری، بدون تغییر در مفاد حکم اولیه، رأی صادرشده را تأیید کرده است.

بر اساس اطلاعات منتشرشده، مواردی که در پرونده به عنوان مستندات اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام مورد استناد قرار گرفته‌اند، شامل حمایت از برخی زندانیان و محکومان سیاسی و امنیتی، ابراز حمایت از اعتراضات سراسری و شعار «زن، زندگی، آزادی»، انتشار یا امضای بیانیه‌ای درباره اعتصاب کامیون‌داران، بازنشر محتوایی در اعتراض به اجرای احکام اعدام و همچنین فعالیت‌های مرتبط با تولید آثار سینمایی عنوان شده‌اند.

جعفر پناهی طی سال‌های گذشته بارها به دلیل فعالیت‌های هنری و بیان دیدگاه‌های خود با پیگردهای قضایی و محدودیت‌های مختلف روبه‌رو شده است. تأیید این حکم، تازه‌ترین اقدام قضایی علیه او در ادامه روندی است که سال‌ها فعالیت حرفه‌ای و عمومی این فیلمساز را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است.

مطابق اعلام وکیل این فیلمساز، رأی صادرشده ظرف بیست روز پس از ابلاغ، قابل اعتراض و رسیدگی در دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران خواهد بود.

بر اساس گزارش رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، شماری از بازداشت‌شدگان هفته های اخیر که تازه ‌وارد زندان قزل‌حصار کرج شده اند ابتدا به سوئیت‌های انفرادی واحد سه منتقل می‌شوند و طی چند هفته در شرایط سخت انفرادی همراه با شکنجه، نگهداری می‌شوند.

این منبع گفته است که این بازداشت‌شدگان در این دوره با باتوم و لوله پلیکا مورد ضرب‌وشتم قرار می‌گیرند و از حامد محمدزاده، رضا ناصری و نجفی به عنوان رئیس اندرزگاه و مراقبان بند و افراد دخیل در این رفتارها نام برده شده است. همچنین گفته شده زندانیان پس از آن به سالن ۳۷ و واحد سه منتقل و در آنجا نیز از سوی فردی با نام نصرالله غفاری، مورد تهدید و مورد ضرب‌وشتم قرار می‌گیرند.

بازداشت‌شدگان در این مدت از ملاقات، تماس تلفنی و هواخوری محروم بوده‌اند. منبع مطلع گفته که تنها در سالن ۳۷ واحد سه حدود ۱۸۰ زندانی در فضایی حدوداً ۲۰۰ متری نگهداری می‌شوند؛ سالنی که به گفته او شامل ۱۴ اتاق کوچک حدود سه در یک‌ونیم متر است. این وضعیت نشان‌دهنده تراکم شدید جمعیت زندانیان و شرایط نگهداری غیرانسانی آنان است.

در بخش دیگری از گزارش دریافتی، نسبت به وضعیت محمدرضا درودیان، ۲۷ ساله و اهل تهران، ابراز نگرانی شده است. بنا بر این گزارش، او در ۱۶ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ بازداشت شده و اتهامات او «همکاری با دولت متخاصم» و «محاربه» عنوان شده است، اتهامی امنیتی که می‌تواند مجازات اعدام در پی داشته باشد.

به دلیل فضای امنیتی، محدودیت ارتباطات و نبود دسترسی مستقل به زندان قزل‌حصار، راستی‌آزمایی کامل همه جزئیات این گزارش در حال حاضر با محدودیت جدی مواجه است.
