California just created a new way to force images and personal info off the internet based on a claimed “reasonable fear" with no court order required and no journalism exemption.
Presented as “privacy protection,” could become a blueprint for scrubbing public-interest reporting from the internet.
Critics are calling it the “Stop Nick Shirley Act" because indie journalists like Shirley have used viral videos to investigate alleged fraud in taxpayer-funded programs.
If you refuse a takedown demand, you could face a $10,000 fine, plus potential civil and criminal penalties.
Gov. Newsom signed it and it takes effect October 1, 2027.

Like I've stated a few good times that eventually it will be your word against the AIs. They can fabricate anything, even the footage. Can you prove it was generated? Can you prove you're being set up? Will they bring the camera to court as the accusor? They will use all of this as fact and nothing you can do about it but pay the fine, go to jail, or become a fugitive.

Trump BETRAYS American Farmers Goes Full Argentina First | Kim Iverson
Trump's approval rating has gone negative in 47 states — only Wyoming, Idaho, and West Virginia still net positive, and all three have lost double digits since 2024 — while he announces 300,000 metric tons of Argentinian beef at 25% below market price over 90 days, telling reporters Argentina is "fighting for its life" as 77 American cattle producers go out of business per day. Ranchers who were Trump's most loyal base are calling it a slap in the face.

CIA Director Arrives to Ask Putin Not to Attack Europe and NATO Countries
- Michael Weiss, editor of The Insider (designated as a foreign agent), reports that Ratcliffe's mission may be to try to dissuade Putin from conducting operations against European countries.
- Weiss links this to intelligence that the United States has recently been sharing with #Poland, the #Baltic states, and #Scandinavia, as well as the increase in incidents on #NATO's eastern flank: drone incursions, airspace violations, and suspicions of sabotage.
- There are also reports that the head of the #CIA will attempt to convince Moscow to end military operations in 2026, as well as:
- A global moratorium on strikes against #Russia's and #Ukraine's energy and port infrastructure.
- A ceasefire in the #Kharkov and #Sumy regions as a step towards overall de-escalation.
- Prospects for a joint peace process that could end the war in Ukraine.
- The visit of Ratcliffe to Moscow takes place against the backdrop of rumors about a possible general mobilization in Russia, according to the WSJ.

It's hard to tell whether Washington fully understands the implications of Russian patience running out. Those who are well informed probably do. The Kiev regime has long survived on US-#EU life support. As a proxy, Ukraine has little genuine agency: its power structure is heavily influenced from outside, and those external controllers need the conflict to continue for their own political and material reasons: they need war in order to stay in power and reap substantial benefits. Long-range strikes against civilian infrastructure deep inside Russian territory were once regarded as a red line, but they continue despite Russian warnings. President Putin has rightly pointed out that they have opened a Pandora's box that cannot be closed. These provocations are clearly designed to drag Russia into a direct confrontation with NATO.
Moscow has made its position clear. The Russians are warning NATO, and particularly the British—who have always fancied themselves as the architects of Europe's anti-Russian crusade—that their active participation in targeting Russian cities will not be tolerated. If they continue down this path, war with #Russia will become inevitable, with all the consequences that entails. The West seems to have forgotten that Russia is a nuclear power, not a country to be pushed around with impunity.
Relations between Russia and the #UK have sunk to levels not seen since the Cold War. In July, Moscow decided to leave the ambassadorship in London vacant after Andrei Kelin’s departure. It is a deliberate snub, a signal that dialogue is no longer on the table when the British continue to arm and encourage #Kiev's reckless strikes. Washington has done nothing to restrain #London and no effort has been made to pull back from the escalating confrontation, leaving the Russians to make the next move. Nor has the Trump administration applied any pressure on Kiev to halt its terrorist campaign. Instead, Washington continues to pour weapons into #Ukraine.
The question now hangs in the air like smoke over a battlefield: will this miscalculation spiral into something far worse? Will either Russia or #NATO consider crossing the nuclear threshold? The #Pentagon is clearly worried. And it should be. Russia has shown remarkable restraint in the face of relentless provocation, but even Russian patience has its limits. The logic of the current confrontation is a logic of madness, and Washington seems content to let it play out, betting that #Moscow will blink first. They are making a dangerous miscalculation, one that could have catastrophic consequences for the entire world.

High above the concrete ruins of the Gaza Strip, the sky occasionally fills with color. In a place defined by Israel’s inhumane Occupation, blockades and airstrikes, children piece together paper, plastic, and sticks to build simple kites. Yet, even this universal symbol of childhood has been pulled into the arena of war.
When makeshift toys are classified as weapons and met with military airstrikes, the international community cannot remain silent. The world must urgently mobilize to protect Gaza’s children and defend their fundamental right to a childhood.

Canada will impose tariffs of up to 50% on about 700 U.S. products starting Sept. 8, retaliating after trade talks collapsed and the U.S. raised tariffs on Canadian goods.
Steel and aluminum will face 50% tariffs, while cars remain at 25%.
The measures cover roughly $20 billion in U.S. imports.

Past socities offered more personal freedom
"It is said that we live in a free society because we have a certain number of constitutionally guaranteed rights. But these are not as important as they seem. The degree of personal freedom that exists in a society is determined more by the economic and technological structure of the society than by its laws or its form of government. Most of the Indian nations of New England were monarchies, and many of the cities of the Italian Renaissance were controlled by dictators. But in reading about these societies one gets the impression that they allowed far more personal freedom than our society does. In part this was because they lacked efficient mechanisms for enforcing the ruler’s will: There were no modern, well-organized police forces, no rapid long-distance communications, no surveillance cameras, no dossiers of information about the lives of average citizens. Hence it was relatively easy to evade control".
- Ted Kaczynski (The Nature of Freedom p.95)

"The techno-industrial system is exceptionally tough due to its so-called “democratic” structure and its resulting flexibility. Because dictatorial systems tend to be rigid, social tensions and resistance can be built up in them to the point where they damage and weaken the system and may lead to revolution. But in a “democratic” system, when social tension and resistance build up dangerously the system backs off enough, it compromises enough, to bring the tensions down to a safe level." - Ted Kaczynski
🇳🇵Balen Shah, Nepal’s PM took office in March 2026 after Gen Z protests swept him in.
Shah is a 35-year-old structural engineer and former rapper who first entered politics as an independent, becoming mayor of Kathmandu in 2022. He built his reputation by attacking corruption, challenging Nepal’s established parties and presenting himself as a patriotic, technocratic outsider. After the 2025 youth uprising, his Rastriya Swatantra Party won 182 of Nepal’s 275 parliamentary seats; an extraordinary popular mandate, not merely an administrative appointment.
Several things suggest genuine independence:
• He came from outside Nepal’s traditional political establishment.
• He has taken assertively nationalist positions, including challenging India over disputed territory.
• He initially refused private meetings with foreign ambassadors, insisting upon collective or formally balanced diplomacy.
• His government has tried to treat India and China equally rather than placing Nepal entirely within either sphere.
• His mayoral record included livestreaming council proceedings, enforcing neglected laws and confronting entrenched interests.
• His swearing-in strongly emphasised Nepalese Hindu and Buddhist traditions, involving more than 200 priests and lamas, which does not fit neatly with the standard secular-globalist political mould
It would seem he is NOT a globalist puppet. So 5 months later…
