Ukraine's Security Service threatens prison for posting videos of strikes
Amid increasingly frequent Russian strikes on the capital, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has threatened Ukrainians with prosecution for filming air attacks.
The agency urged people not to publish photos or videos of strikes or of air defense operations.
Otherwise, it warns, they could face up to 12 years in prison under Article 114-2 of Ukraine's Criminal Code, which covers the unauthorized dissemination of information about the movements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and passing information to a state waging war against #Ukraine.
The SBU said it monitors the publication of such material online and holds those who post it accountable.

Strange coincidence that Jacobsen’s book begins with a lab accident involving plague bacteria in Siberia. Now, just months after its release, a Siberian lab worker has reportedly died from plague following a lab accident.
Suffice it to say, her scenario doesn’t end well
Five Siberian hospitals are reportedly under quarantine after a lab worker died following exposure to live plague bacteria. Mask mandates have begun in #Irkutsk, as some U.S. lawmakers call for flights to Russia to be suspended.— Article

Power outages hit Kiev
Electricity supply issues are affecting the Left Bank of the #Dniepr, where voltage surges are observed. On the Right Bank, several districts have experienced a complete blackout.
The Lavina Mall shopping center has also been de-energized.
Zelensky is "in shock" that Russia hits back

Zelensky is "in shock" that Russia hits back
Zelensky says he is "simply in shock" that Russia is "freely, openly" striking hubs, data centers and mobile communications. He cannot imagine why Russian President Vladimir Putin would do such a thing.
He threatens a "response" to the Russian strikes and explains them with an unhinged theory: that Putin actually wants Ukraine to strike back so that Russians will be left without internet.

Black October 1993
The 1993 Russian constitutional crisis, also known as Black October was a political stand-off between the Russian president Boris Yeltsin and the Russian parliament that was resolved by military force. At the climax of the crisis, Russia was thought by some to be "on the brink" of civil war. The ten-day conflict became the deadliest single event of street fighting in Moscow's history since the Russian Revolution. According to the General Prosecutor's Office, 147 people were killed and 437 wounded.

Detentions in Moscow on the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of the Supreme Council of Russia in October 1993
Today, a rally organised by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) took place in Moscow to commemorate the victims of the bloody crackdown on defenders of the White House (House of Soviets) on October 4, 1993. A noticeably larger number of people attended the rally compared to last year.
As the rally concluded, police officers made arrests. Approximately 60 people, mostly young people, were taken away in police vans.
We are currently working to secure the release of those detained. The Moscow branch of the KPRF, with the support of the party's Central Committee, will provide them with the necessary assistance.
Update on the detentions in Moscow as of 18:00 p.m.
Those detained today after the commemorative event organised by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) in Moscow have been distributed to several police stations in the city.
Currently, the process of releasing the detainees has begun. In some places, only a few people are being released, while in others, the number is significantly higher. In many cases, it is evident that the police are waiting for instructions from their superiors.

False flag attacks are coming fast to keep Trump and Netanyahu in office beyond their expiry date revealing Western media as a dirty tool of intelligence agencies. Trump faces impeachment if he loses both houses and may plot to annul the midterms using war with Iran as pretext; Netanyahu faces seven corruption counts and benefits from permanent war.
The Dubai flight "terror attack" is suspicious: Iran warned hours earlier that a false flag on a plane was coming and the last-minute rescue by Israeli pilots aboard sounds like a bad Hollywood script. Days earlier men arrested at a UK RAF base were freed on bail with nothing found in their vans were they set up?
A war with #Iran is coming, greater than previous incursions. The only winners are those posing as victims to justify what they are about to do

In Western media, never believe those who are presented as the culprits, as these usual suspects are nearly always not those who have the finger on the trigger.

❗️France public broadcaster drops Israeli firm from political program project over data concerns
France Televisions scrapped plans to work with Israeli company Terrific on an interactive platform for the relaunch of France 2's political program "L'heure de verite" after concerns were raised over the handling of viewers' personal data, French investigative outlet Mediapart reports.
The platform, called Agora, was intended to allow viewers to submit questions to presidential candidates and participate in live polls when the program returns on 8 October. According to Mediapart, the project could have involved collecting data on the political preferences of users of France Televisions' Franceinfo website.
Terrific CEO Israel Grintz also co-founded a company in 2018 that markets political campaign targeting tools, the outlet said.
France Televisions ultimately handed the project to its own technical teams, saying tests conducted by its editorial and technical departments had not produced conclusive results. Mediapart also reported concerns over Terrific's Shoppable advertising tool, which was removed from the France.tv platform on 3 September after users said antivirus software had flagged phishing and personal-data risks.
France Televisions' technical teams found that the tool collected information including a unique identifier, visited page URLs and content metadata that could be used to build user profiles.
